RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Return the goods within 10 business days of receiving it, in unused condition, along with the original tags and the original sales invoice. To do so, you could use the services of a trusted courier service of your choice. Please ensure that the return packets are securely packaged to avoid damage of goods in transit. If found damaged, the goods will not be replaced or refunded. In order to return any product, please click here to fill our return and exchange form.
Note- If you purchase a product from any Sale or Offer then that product is not eligible for exchange unless and until the product you have received differs from the one that you ordered. We do not give any refund or return on products bought from Sale or an Offer. Made to measurement orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PACKAGE
Our team will determine if it is fit for replacement or refund and send you an email informing you of the same. If deemed fit for return, we will replace the returned items (subject to availability), free of cost or else refund you for the cost of the goods in form of a credit note which you can redeem for your future purchases. (Details to be given in the Returns and Exchanges form) If deemed not fit for return, we will send the goods back to you. Processing and closing of a replacement /refund issue may take at least 10 business days or more at our end
