Growing up in Chamba, I was fortunate to be surrounded by a community that valued education and learning. The legacy of kindness and compassion passed down through my family has also taught me the importance of supporting others. Throughout my educational journey, I have gained a deeper understanding of how education can help individuals and communities alike to reach their full potential. I am dedicated to using my own education to create positive change and to motivate others to do the same. I see every new opportunity as a chance to learn and grow, and I take pride in the fact that I am able to use my experiences to help others.

I graduated in commerce and also studied software engineering at Aptech. My passion for education began when I was just 21 years old. Starting off as a trainer at Aptech, I had the opportunity to work with over 100 revenue officers, equipping them with essential computer skills and digitalized their work as supervisor. My experience at Punjab Technical University further enhanced my skills, and I now offer training and coaching services to help students of all ages achieve their academic goals.

Taking a break from my career to focus on my family has taught me the importance of balance and perseverance. With the encouragement from my loved ones, I jumped back into my field and discovered that my passion never left me. My husband and daughter have been my biggest supporters, and I am grateful for their unwavering encouragement. I am inspired by the challenge of building a career after such a long hiatus, and I’m more determined than ever to succeed. That's when I began designing websites and created the Virgo Artistic e-commerce website. It was a dream come true. Starting as an e-commerce platform for designer dinnerware, we later expanded to include the online Indian handcrafted and handloom industry in 2021 when they were affected by the lockdown. We helped them photograph their products and create their digital presence, and also got them some orders.

My work was recognized and I received awards from the Malaysia Website Awards Association by Exabytes, a Malaysian domain and web hosting provider, and the Women International Award for online/digital startup by Times Women.

These awards inspired me to pursue further excellence in the field of digital services and to assist more people, particularly small business owners and women entrepreneurs. As I had a limited network, I decided to expand it by engaging in more networking activities. I joined a women empowerment mentorship program conducted by Talent Corp Malaysia, a governmental agency. I got the opportunity to be mentored by Dato' Aliya, and under her direction, I obtained the opportunity to work as a freelance trainer at one of the most reputable institutes in Malaysia, the CAD Training Institute. With the help of Mr. Vyasa, I was able to regain my confidence and now work as a freelance trainer and mentor with ADLA Corporate Training and Women Mentoring Network.
